Home Buyer Reward Disclaimer
The Home Buyer Reward is a discretionary promotional incentive offered by PropXcel to eligible purchasers upon the successful completion of a qualifying property transaction. The reward is calculated as a percentage of the property purchase price or a fixed amount as agreed at the point of offer.

Rewards are paid within 30 calendar days following legal completion and transfer of ownership. Payment is made directly to the buyer by bank transfer, cheque, or another agreed method.

This reward is not part of the buyer’s mortgage deposit or purchase funds and cannot be used to contribute to the deposit, exchange, or completion costs. The reward does not affect the sale price of the property or the terms of the mortgage offer.
